Ding dong! When the postman rang our doorbell in mid-January, I didn't know what package I was receiving. As always at this time of year, it was turbulent – professionally and privately. I can actually handle stress quite well, at least from my perspective and at least most of the time. So what exactly did the post bring?

So it happened as it had to happen: the high-quality CBD oil sat around for several days and was almost forgotten again. Thanks to attentive employees, it came back to mind and the intention to test it every day from now on was implemented.
When, how and how often do I take CBD drops?
In addition to the recommended intake of a maximum of 2 x 4 drops daily, there was another aspect that I had to take into account. I didn't know how I would react to full spectrum oil . That's why I started very discreetly with two drops a day, each morning before the start of the work day. The taste of the drops was very good. As always, “tastes vary,” but here I tasted the full flavor of the cannabinoids. A slightly bitter but pleasant, natural taste. As with a high quality herbal oil, I enjoyed every drop.
After a few days I increased the dose to 2 x 2 drops daily and finally to 4 x 2 drops. I didn't notice much difference between these two dosages, except that the taste lingered in the mouth longer, which I wasn't wrong about.
And how do these full-spectrum CBD drops work?
In the first few days I wondered whether I could notice an effect. Maybe a little more balanced during the day? It wasn't until I took the drops twice a day, morning and evening, that I noticed a change. The drops gave me more focus during the day. During the test period I noticed that I became a little “rounder” - I can hardly describe it any other way. Taking it in the evening resulted in fewer waking phases at night , as my smartwatch told me. I took the drops a little after brushing my teeth so that I could experience the full effect right before I fell asleep (and because I think it's better than the taste of toothpaste).
Overall, with the right dosage - for me 2 x 4 drops - the drops had a positive effect on my daily routine. Improved sleep combined with more balance and focus during the day. The effect was noticeable on the second day of the correct dosage, much faster than expected.
