Conditions of participation for competitions on the platforms of Meta Platforms, Inc.

1. Subject and organizer

a) Participation and the exact conditions of a prize on the Facebook and Instagram pages of hanfplatz are regulated here.

b) The organizer of the competitions is Ibex Web GmbH, Mattigplatz 9/2, 5162 Obertrum am See as the owner of the media from hanfplatz.

c) By participating in the competition, you accept these terms and conditions of participation.

d) The competition has no connection to Meta Inc., Facebook or Instagram and is not sponsored, supported or organized by Meta Inc., Facebook or Instagram.

2. Participation in the competition

a) All persons who are over 18 years of age and reside in Austria or Germany are eligible to take part in the competition. Employees of the profit-sponsoring organization and Ibex Web GmbH are excluded. Participation with fake identities or third-party identities is not permitted.

b) Participation takes place according to the description in the posting on the respective platform, such as by commenting, liking or other interaction.

c) Participation is possible until the time stated in the posting or on this page. If the information is different, the date counts directly when posting.

3. Winnings and Winning Notification

a) The specified prize will be drawn among all eligible participants in camera.

b) The winners will be chosen from among all eligible participants within up to 10 working days after the closing date for entries. Notification will be made via the channel on which participation took place or on which the winner was determined.

c) If no response is received from a person entitled to win with the requested data - usually email address, name and shipping address - the claim to win expires within 10 working days. Depending on the type of prize, a new draw may take place.

d) No cash payout or claim for replacement winnings is possible.

4. Granting of rights of use

a) The winner agrees that his or her name or part of it (by default only the first name) may be published for advertising purposes.

5. Liability and Indemnification

a) If content such as images, texts, quotes or other content with creative value has to be uploaded as part of the competition, the participant guarantees that no content will be transmitted whose provision, publication or use violates applicable law or the rights of third parties .

b) Participants release us from third-party claims of any kind resulting from the illegality of content used during participation.

c) By participating in the competition, the participant releases Meta Inc. from all liability.

6. Exclusion

a) A violation of these terms and conditions of participation and online etiquette will result in exclusion from the competition. Repeated violations can lead to permanent exclusion from Ibex Web GmbH competitions.

b) The terms of use of Meta Inc. and its respective platforms as well as Austrian law apply as the basis for comments, images or other content to be excluded. In addition, offensive, obscene, radical and sexually suggestive content is excluded.

7. Early Termination and Changes

a) We reserve the right to end the competition in whole or in part early at any time, even without adhering to deadlines, or to change its course if it is for technical reasons (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons For reasons (e.g. prohibition by Meta Inc.) it is not possible to guarantee that the competition will be carried out properly.

8. Limitation of Liability

a) After the prize has been handed over to the winner by Ibex Web GmbH, no liability is assumed for damages of any kind. The competition organizer is only liable in the event of intent or gross negligence.

10. Final provisions

a) If the conditions of participation contain ineffective regulations, the validity of the conditions remains unaffected.
