Ich habe eine Nestellung getätigt, die nur zur Hälfte ankam. Bei Rückfrage beim Happy 420 Support und deren Instagram Kanal habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Seit über einem Monat schreibe ich regelmässig, die Nachrichten werden gelesen aber nicht beantwortet. Kundenservice gleich null.

Vorsicht bei Zahlung auf Rechnung
Dieses Unternehmen schickt vor dem Eintreffen der Ware ca nach 1-2 Tagen eine Mahnung. Danach kommt nichts mehr und sie hetzten dir ein Inkasso auf sen Hals!
Absolut nicht förderlich. Würde man eine Mahnung zu einem so vollen Zeitpunkt verschicken könnte ich das ja noch verstehen.
Ich finde dieses Geschäftsmodell unerträglich.
